Position Title:
Operating System Support – Windows OS & Linux OS

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows & Linux server administration, clustering, and enterprise OS management
Monthly Salary Package:
15,000 – 17,000 SAR
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in managing Windows Server (2010/2012/2016) and RHEL (7.x, 8.x, 9.x) environments
- Hands-on experience in Windows clusters & RHEL clusters
- Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical & virtual servers
- Experience with patching, OS upgrades, virus protection, backup operations
- Skilled in managing SCOM, SCCM, and AppDynamics agents
- Familiarity with Microsoft Orchestrator automation
- Strong knowledge of system logs review, performance monitoring, incident troubleshooting
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation & operations manuals
- Knowledge of user/group account management, policies, and security controls
- Understanding of NCA, NIC, and cybersecurity regulations
- Capability to raise and manage vendor tickets with Microsoft / Red Hat (logs, meetings, RCA, issue reproduction)
- Knowledge to support SAP, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA on Windows & RHEL
- Experience managing Pacemaker (RedHat HA Extension) or Windows Failover Clustering
- Ability to coordinate with ERP, DB, Application, and Web Hosting teams
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support physical & virtual enterprise servers
- Perform OS patching, updates, security hardening, and resource monitoring
- Manage SCOM/SCCM agents and ensure proper server monitoring
- Provide guidance on automation using MS Orchestrator
- Perform daily operations support for Windows & Linux servers
- Ensure OS compliance with vendor recommendations and security best practices
- Review logs, analyze OS behavior, and proactively identify issues
- Develop technical design documents, operational documentation, and SOPs
- Participate in routine maintenance, scheduled restarts, and updates
- Manage server installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Manage user/group accounts and implement policies
- Coordinate with internal teams for support and scheduled maintenance
- Raise and follow through on vendor support tickets (Microsoft, RHEL)
- Support SAP workloads and manage high-availability clusters (Pacemaker/Windows Cluster)
