T Global Service Center Representative

Position Title: IT Global Service Center Representative
Location: Saudi Arabia,Jubail 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience: 1 – 5 Years (3–6 years preferred in application development projects)
Monthly Salary Package: 8,000 SAR

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing Windows and Web Applications using C#.NET and ASP.NET
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (Advanced), Bootstrap, AngularJS, ASP.NET Web Forms, AJAX, Web Services, WCF, and Windows Applications
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2012 (DDL, DML, Procedures, Functions, Triggers)
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and software testing lifecycles
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities

Desired Skills:

  • Responsive Website Design
  • ASP.NET MVC, WCF/WPF, WebAPI
  • Mobile Application Development (Android/iOS using Xamarin)
  • SharePoint Server, MS Project Server
  • SSAS and SSRS

Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Windows/Web Applications using C#.NET and ASP.NET
  • Create and execute unit tests and support testing teams in defect resolution
  • Prepare test and evaluation plans, procedures, and analysis for new software components
  • Implement secure coding practices throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application-related issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development and testing processes
