Marketing Coordinator - Tamheer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and activities across digital and offline channels.
- Support the creation of marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with engagement, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, and processing invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area (internships included).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of content creation (copywriting, visuals, or short videos).
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a marketing team.

- Creative and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Eager to take initiative and contribute new ideas.
Conditions:
- Must be registered in HRDF.
- GOSI registration not more than one year in total.
- Not blocked by HRDF.
- Have not benefited from HRDF (Tamheer program) more than twice or 6 months in both times.
- Not disqualified from HRDF (Tamheer program)
- Good English communication skills.
