Job Summary

We are looking for an Integration & Architecture Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI), integration architecture, iFlow development, SAP and non-SAP integrations, data transformation, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.

The consultant should have strong end-to-end understanding of integration architecture across SAP BTP, CPI, SAP R/3, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Expertise

1. Core Integration Skills

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end integration architecture, including:
  • SAP BTP
  • SAP CPI
  • SAP R/3
  • External systems
• Strong experience designing and developing iFlows (integration flows).
• Extensive knowledge of integration patterns, including:
  • Content-based routing
  • Message transformation
  • Other enterprise integration patterns
• Strong experience with message mapping and transformation, including:
  • XML
  • JSON
  • XSLT
• Extensive knowledge of APIs and web services, including:
  • REST
  • SOAP
  • OData
• Strong experience with error handling and exception subprocesses.
• Extensive knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios.

2. Connectivity & Adapters

• Extensive knowledge of SAP CPI adapters, including:
  • SFTP
  • IDoc
  • SOAP
  • REST
  • OData
  • Ariba
  • Other relevant CPI adapters
• Strong experience setting up secure connectivity, including:
  • SAP Cloud Connector
  • VPN
  • Digital certificates
• Extensive knowledge of integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong experience handling:
  • IDocs
  • RFC integrations

3. Data Transformation & Processing

• Extensive knowledge of message processing and routing mechanisms.
• Strong experience with Groovy scripting within SAP CPI.
• Extensive knowledge of data formats, including:
  • XML
  • JSON
  • CSV
  • EDI
• Strong experience with:
  • Value mapping
  • Parameterization
  • Data transformation

4. Security & Compliance

• Extensive knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including:
  • OAuth
  • Basic Authentication
  • Client Certificates
• Strong experience with:
  • Encryption
  • Decryption
  • Message security
• Extensive knowledge of secure credential management in SAP CPI.

5. Monitoring & Operations

• Strong experience monitoring iFlows and message-processing logs.
• Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Strong experience in performance optimization and tuning.
• Extensive knowledge of transport management and version control.
