Delivery Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • 10 To 15 Years’ experience in the same field.
  • Assign and manage activities of all Program, Network and Infrastructure Team assigned within the designated program / projects. 
  • Establish adequate controls and procedures to ensure that sale Network-related service requests from customers are responded and addresses appropriately.
  • Ensure that adequate safety and security standards are established and are strictly being implemented in the assigned area. Ensure that nonconforming situations are corrected and reported to the management.
  • Monitor and manage the cost for network and infrastructure services.
  • Manages assigned area and/or territory properly, using reports, time and resources as defined by management. Prepares and submits accurate reports as defined by management.
  • Support the process of Support projects by providing advice and guidance regarding project governance, management, benefits realization, project prioritization, approval and initiation, including supplier selection (where applicable).
  • Providing business analysis input and managing the provision of business analysis services.
  • Work closely with the PMO Manager for the continual improvement of the Project Management Methodology. 
  • Understands and implement SBM Business Policies and Practices and QMS Requirements.
  • Lead or participate in organization planning, providing leadership and support to ensure that business objectives are met.  
  • Ensure that the project managers/ directors/ programs adhere to PMO methodology and reflect the latest status on EPM. 
  • Project Delivery and Execution.
  • Support INT Projects including RFPs and bids when required.
  • Maintain Billing, Revenue & Stock as per the plan for all projects
